These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Check My Entry's website and QR invitation, event check-in, and guest management services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Check My Entry generates personalized QR-code invitations, delivers them via WhatsApp or email, and provides on-site (including offline) check-in and post-event attendance reporting for events supplied by our clients.

Client responsibilities

• You confirm you have the right to share the guest information you provide us (names, contact details, table/section assignments, etc.) and that guests have been informed their details will be used to generate a QR invitation.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the guest list and event details you supply.
• You agree to pay the fees agreed for your event before or as invoiced, as applicable.

Payments and cancellations

Pricing is quoted per event based on guest volume and staffing needs, as set out in your quote or invoice. Cancellation or rescheduling terms will be confirmed with you at the time of booking; where none are separately agreed, deposits already paid to cover work performed (invite generation, staffing arrangements, etc.) are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading invitations, or to upload guest data you are not authorized to share with us.

Intellectual property

The Check My Entry name, logo, website, and portal software are our property or that of our licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you.

Service availability

We work to keep our check-in tools available, including offline at venues with poor connectivity, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website, portal, or third-party channels (such as WhatsApp or email) used to deliver invitations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Check My Entry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the fees paid for that event.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Check My Entry is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific client engagement.
